Frequently Asked Questions
What is keratoconus?
Keratoconus is a progressive thinning of the cornea causing it to bulge into a cone shape. It causes distorted vision and sensitivity to light. Early cross-linking can halt progression.
Is dry eye treatable?
Yes. While chronic dry eye often requires long-term management, modern treatments like IPL, LipiFlow, and prescription drops can significantly improve comfort and vision.
Are you a candidate?

- Corneal infections or ulcers
- Corneal dystrophies (Fuchs')
- Chronic dry eyes unresponsive to drops
